About Alliance

Alliance Medical Group was formed in 1994 as Associated Physicians and Surgeons and in 2004 became Alliance Medical Group. Our offices implemented an electronic medical record in 1999 and are now completely paperless. The electronic medical record integrates all of our offices which allows instant commuinication and information access.

Alliance Medical Group PC operates a multi-specialty medical practice and is affiliated with the Greater Waterbury Health Network, a family of Waterbury Hospital which services the greater Waterbury area. These integrated services are designed to enhance continuity of care for our patients. Alliance Medical Group consists of more than 70 multi-specialty providers functioning across eight office sites, providing over 100,000 patient visits annually.
